Fees

Every fee on LaunchCTRL, what it pays for, and where the SOL goes. All SOL-side. All collected at instruction time. No hidden taxes.

While bonding

Trading on the curve, pre-migration.
SideRateWhere it goes
Buy1%Flat platform fee on every buy. Funds platform operations.
Sell (during decay)≥ 1%Higher rate early, decays toward 1% on a schedule the creator picks at launch. The decay portion above 1% is split 50/50: half stays as SOL for LP seeding, half is used to buy back tokens that also feed LP at migration time.
Sell (after decay)1%Flat post-decay floor. 100% routes to the LP seed vault.

Post-migration

Trading on the Meteora LP after the curve fills.
SideRateWhere it goes
Meteora pool swap (trader pays)1% per sideStandard Meteora DAMM v2 swap fee. Charged to the trader on every buy or sell against the migrated pool.
Meteora protocol cut0.20% per sideMeteora keeps 20% of the 1% swap fee as their own protocol revenue. 0.40% round-trip. Outside our control, set by Meteora.
LP fee that reaches us0.80% per sideWhat's left after Meteora's cut. Accumulates inside the locked LP position. A permissionless cranker claims it on a cadence and splits it across the four buckets below.

LP fee split

How the 0.80% per side we receive flows each cycle.
62.5%Reinjected into the LP (deeper liquidity)
25%Diamond Hands holder rewards
6.25%Deployer bonus (only while creator still holds)
6.25%Platform

Percentages are of the 0.80% LP fee, not the original 1% swap fee. On a $100 trade that means the platform sees about 5 cents and holders see about 20 cents.

When the creator no longer holds at least their initial buy, the 6.25% deployer slice rolls into the holder pool that cycle. Devs only earn while they hold.

All fee values live as constants in the on-chain program (BASE_FEE_BPS, LP_REINJECT_BPS, REWARD_POOL_BPS, DEV_BONUS_BPS, PLATFORM_LP_BPS). Changing them requires a program upgrade, which is visible on-chain.
